Food

It's our philosophy that to save our natural world we need to put our money where our mouth is and support our organic producers.

Therefore, we prefer to prepare with organic ingredients and eat GMO-free, organic, fairly traded, vegetarian food. When in season we incorporate herbs and produce from our garden and we buy what we can from island farmers, the food co-op and local stores.

Our egg dishes are prepared with the help of local free-run chickens.

Our preserves are sweetened with raw or golden (unrefined, crystallized) sugar and made with wild island berries and fruits or bought from organic outfits.

Our breads and cereals are either home made with unrefined organic grains & flours, or sourced from organic bakeries.
